- WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
At the moment, we only accept Bank Deposit.
- WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION?
Yes, once we have processed your registration and payment, a confirmation email detailing your registration will be sent.
- DO I NEED TO BRING MY REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION TO THE EVENT?
Having your confirmation information is suggested, but not required – so long as the participant info is registered you’re your name.
- WHAT ARE THE FEE INCLUSIONS?
Ticket fee includes a full-day entrance to the summit, event loot bag, pass to raffle draw, and food – and of course, unlimited coffee.
- WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Cancellations made seven (7) days before the event will be charged 20% of regular rate as administrative fee and cancellations made a day before or no-show during the event will be charged 50% of regular rate as administrative fee. However, substitution may be made at any time 2 days before the event.
- WILL I BE RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE FOR THIS?
A digital copy of your Certificate of Participation shall be sent to your email upon request.
- IS THERE A RESERVED PARKING SPACE?
Parking spaces are available along SMX Aura – we won’t be providing parking space.
